Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On March 31, 1999, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court for a maximum of 1 year, 10 months, 8 months, 10 months, 10 months from the imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on July 19, 200, 10 months from the imprisonment with prison labor for night time in the Suwon District Court on April 2, 2004, 1 year and 6 months from September 26, 2005 to the violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act at the Suwon District Court on September 26, 2005, and 8 months from the imprisonment with prison labor for night in the Suwon District Court on November 28, 2007.
In addition, on November 13, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, bodily injury and robbery at night, and on October 5, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence at the net prison on October 5, 2012.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Around 02:00 on May 13, 2013, the Defendant attempted robbery: (a) opened a studio that was not corrected in front of the gathering of the victim D (the 27 years of age) located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) obstructed the victims E (the son, the 28 years of age) who were living in the front of the said D’s house and the body of the victim E (the son, the 28 years of age) who was living in the front of the said D and the body of the body of the victim; and (c) committed assault to the victims, such as flading the victims’ losses, and flading them.
As a result, the defendant tried to steal another person's property, but did not bring about the intention, and used it to commit an attempted crime, and used to assault the victims for the purpose of evading arrest.
2. From around 23:00 on January 9, 2013 to around 06:00 the following day, the Defendant habitually stolen property worth KRW 20,673,700 in total on 12 occasions from around May 9, 2013, including a theft of KRW 400,000 in cash and KRW 100,00 in cash in the house and two cashier’s checks of KRW 100,00 in the house.
3. The Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on March 13, 2013.
