A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the owner of a salary truck B, and the owner of a motor vehicle shall not operate a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.
Nevertheless, on January 5, 2020, the defendant operated the above truck which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road located in Daejeon Seodong-gu C on January 5, 2020.
