The defendant is sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the crime of fraud against the victim B, C, D, E, F, and G, the victim H, I, J, and K.
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 30, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act at the Busan District Court on the grounds that he/she committed a crime of violation of the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act, and the judgment was finalized on December 8, 2016.
2. Criminal facts;
A. On January 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 2017 J. 2851, the Defendant: (b) at the coffee shop in front of the Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun, 165, set electric source housing as construction cost of KRW 175 million on the same military L base owned by the victim; and (c) entered into a contract for construction works with the same content as the Defendant, within four months.
However, the defendant had been in an unreasonable situation and failed to meet the funds, and there was no intention or ability to complete the new house construction work within the above period to the victim.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, received the victim’s false statement from the victim, and acquired the victim’s total of KRW 20 million as the down payment on January 11, 2016, and KRW 70 million as the intermediate payment on March 28, 2016, including KRW 50 million as the intermediate payment.
B. On September 19, 2016, the Defendant issued a new construction contract with the victim at the victim H (69 years of age) located in Busan-gun M, Busan-gun at around 2017, setting 24 square meters on the above ground as a construction cost of KRW 72 million on the above ground, and entered into a new construction contract with the content thereof within two months.
However, the defendant had been in an unreasonable situation and failed to meet the funds, and there was no intention or ability to complete the new house construction work within the above period to the victim.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, received a sum of KRW 10 million from the injured party as the down payment on September 19, 2016, and KRW 25 million, including KRW 15 million as the intermediate payment around December 12, 2016, from the injured party.

On September 17, 2014, the Defendant 2018 J. 335, 201, was operated by the Defendant, who was located in the Geum-gu, Busan (O, Nov. 19, 2014).
