On June 20, 2013, the Defendant received a written notice of enlistment in the name of the director of the regional military manpower office in the name of the Chungcheongnam-gu Military Manpower Administration in the 37th Army located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, 103 Dong 603 through his mother C from July 30, 2013 to July 14:00, the Defendant failed to enlist in the army without justifiable grounds within three days from the date of enlistment.
