A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
On December 7, 2017, the Defendant appeared in Seoul Western District Court 407, which was located in 174 as Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, and took an oath as a witness of the case of fraud against 2017 High Court 2017 High Court 2301B.
