Reasons

1. The Plaintiff is the owner of each of the above movables purchased each of the movables listed in the separate attachment list from D around September 5, 2013, and the Defendant seeks the denial of compulsory execution on the ground that it is unreasonable for the Defendant to enforce compulsory execution on the said movables based on the original copy of the judgment stated in the Disposition No. 1 of the Order No. 3 of the Republic of Korea (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
