The Defendant was engaged in accounting and disbursement at the local educational administrative assistant Grade VII, from July 25, 2007 to January 9, 2012, and from January 10, 2012 to December 2012, the C Library Kimpo-si Office of Education.

1. Occupational embezzlement;

A. From August 201 to December 201, 201, the Defendant continuously transferred KRW 4,922,580 out of the operating budget of the school that was deposited in the above public fund account in the above public fund account on August 8, 2011, while serving as a person in charge of accounting and disbursement of the above public fund in the above public fund office from August 201 to December 201, the Defendant embezzled KRW 76,706,910 from among the operating budget of the school that was deposited in the above public fund account in the above public fund account in the above public fund office on August 8, 2011, and continuously embezzled the above money to the private bank account in the name of the Defendant (FF) and arbitrarily consumed it for the purpose of stock investment, loan repayment, etc., and embezzled KRW 136,706,910 on a total of 13 occasions as shown in attached Table 1-1 in the above manner.

B. From February 6, 2012 to October 2012, the Defendant served as a person in charge of the accounting and expenditure of the said library in the victim C Library Kimpoon located in Kimpo-si and as a person in charge of the said library account. On February 6, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 6,879,160 out of the library operation budget deposited in the said library’s public fund account at the above library’s administrative office on February 6, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 6,879,160 from the library operation budget deposited in the said public fund account to the personal account in the Defendant’s name (CF) using Internet banking, and embezzled it from around that time to October 26, 2012 by arbitrarily depositing the funds in the above school fund account in order to cover the embezzlement of B high school as described in the preceding paragraph, and then, during that period, KRW 34,70,706,640, Jun. 4, 2016>
