1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 26,00,000 and 20% per annum from July 10, 2012 to September 30, 2015.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: On July 10, 2012, the Plaintiff, under Defendant C’s joint and several sureties, leased KRW 26 million to Defendant B at the maturity of payment on December 30, 2012 and at the second half of interest rate, and thus, jointly and severally seek reimbursement of the said loan and payment for delay from the Defendants.
