2. The court below’s sentencing is acceptable in full view of the period of the instant crime, method, and other conditions of sentencing under Article 51 of the Criminal Act, and there is no unreasonable ground for the Defendant’s assertion.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
