In light of the relevant legal principles and records, it is reasonable that the court below partially accepted the judgment of the first instance and determined that the instant diagnosis constituted the instant wage act on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and thus, it is justifiable to have determined that the instant disposition was unlawful on a different premise.
Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no violation of law by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party, including the part arising from the participation in the appeal. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
