Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.
However, it is against the Defendants for 3 years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and B’s joint criminal conduct, along with H on December 31, 201, deemed that Defendant A and B drinked alcoholic beverages at the I restaurant in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. However, Defendant B met with the victim J (the age of 26) and shoulder at the entrance, and H met with the victim J (the age of 27) one time, thereby pushing the victim K (the age of 27) at the victim J.
Accordingly, the victim C(26), D(27), and K were combined with the victim J, and H and the defendant B was pushed down under the direction of the I restaurant entrance.
In response, Defendant A suffered injury in the number of days of treatment, such as 7 to 8 times the head of the Victim C, her head from beer disease, her head about 2 to 3 times due to beer disease, her head about 1 to 2 times due to beer disease, her head about 1 to 3 times due to beer disease, and her head about 3 to 4 times due to beer disease, which is a dangerous article in the vicinity of the stairs, her head of the Victim E (27 years old) due to beer disease about her head about 3 to 4 times.

Defendant C was at least twice from the victim H; Defendant C was at the body part of the victim B 3 to four times; Defendant D was at the victim A (23 years of age); Defendant C was at the beer’s face 4 to five times of drinking; Defendant C was at one time from the beer disease, which is a dangerous article at the victim H’s face 4 to five times of drinking; Defendant C was at the back head 3 to four times of drinking; Defendant C was at the head 3 to 34 times of drinking; Defendant E was at the victim’s head ; Defendant B was also at the risk of drinking goods at the level of 7 to 8 times of drinking.
