1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant is a thief who served as an employee at a G maintenance center operated by the Victim F in the window E in Changwon-si from May 15, 2012 to September 15, 2016.
On July 2016, at around 07:30, the Defendant: (a) carried out a cre in the warehouse for the second floor part of the above G maintenance site; (b) carried the cre in which the victim and other employees did not work yet; and (c) carried the vehicle’s product in the aggregate amounting to KRW 595,000 in the market price, including ten Brick 10,000 owned by the victim; and (d) destroyed the vehicle by driving the said vehicle on the HNz vehicle owned by the Defendant.
In addition, from around that time to November 15, 2016, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 3,283,000, total market price owned by the victims by the same method six times, as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.
B. On October 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the warehouse managed by the Victim F using the key of the part warehouse that was stolen prior to the intrusion on a night structure; and (b) carried the vehicle supplies worth KRW 5,100,000,00 in total at the market price of the victim’s possession.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen goods owned by the victim by intrusion upon the victim's structure at night.
2) On October 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the warehouse managed by the Victim F by the victim F in the same manner as described in paragraph (1) at the place described in paragraph (1) on October 20, 2016; and (b) carried the vehicle supplies worth KRW 2,400,000, total market value of the victim’s possession.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen goods owned by the victim by intrusion upon the victim's structure at night.
2. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in the trade of a counter I of Changwon-si with the trade name of J, and is engaged in the trade of typists and vehicle parts.
A. On August 2016, the Defendant acquiring water from the superior chief and chief of the office chief around the horse around the end of August, 2016 at the said J-Motor Vehicle Maintenance Service around August 2016.
