Nevertheless, even though the defendant entered into a marriage brokerage contract with the above D office on July 2013, the defendant was provided with personal information, such as the health condition, occupation, and criminal history of F, a female woman in Vietnam, who is the other party to marriage brokerage, and did not provide E in writing.
