1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 21, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On February 29, 2008, the Plaintiff lent KRW 41,000,000 to the Defendant. Of them, the Plaintiff was paid KRW 10,000,000 among them.
