Reasons

On November 30, 2015, the Plaintiff was declared bankrupt on the Daejeon District Court 2015, the Daejeon District Court 2573 immunity and 2015Hadan2576 Decided November 30, 2015, and the said ruling became final and conclusive on December 15, 2015, and thus, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant was exempted, and thus, is so decided as per Disposition.
