1. The plaintiff to indicate the claim was appointed as the defendant's director since May 23, 2007 established by the defendant and the registration of the above purport was completed.
On July 25, 2008 and August 8, 2008, the Plaintiff expressed his intention to resign from office to the Defendant and demanded that the procedures for registration of change following the Plaintiff’s resignation have been implemented. However, the Defendant did not comply with this up to now.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for the resignation of director based on the plaintiff's resignation as stated in Paragraph 1 of this Article.
