Criminal facts
The Defendant is a person who operates a restaurant with a “C cafeteria” in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
Any person who intends to operate a resting restaurant business shall be equipped with the facilities prescribed by the Food Sanitation Act and file a report with the competent administrative agency.
그런 데도 피고인은 휴게 음식점 영업신고를 하지 않고 2018. 1. 3.부터 2018. 5. 30.까지 ‘C 식당’ 9.9㎡ 규모의 영업장에서 냉장고 1대, 싱크대, 테이블 2개, 의자 3개 등 시설을 갖추고, 업소를 찾아오는 불특정 다수의 손님들을 상대로 � 볶이, 오뎅, 치즈 강정 등을 조리 ㆍ 판매하여 월 평균 120만 원 상당의 매출을 올리는 영업을 하였다.
