1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 26, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim shall set KRW 10,00,000 on January 31, 2018 to the Defendant as the maturity of May 5, 2018, and leased KRW 25,000,000 on March 13, 2018 to the Defendant as the maturity of payment on November 5, 2018, and sought the return thereof by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
