A. The Plaintiffs are parents of H, and I and the Defendants continued to commit sexual harassment, sexual harassment, and assault against H.

The Defendants are jointly liable for damages due to joint tort, and the Defendants are jointly liable for the payment of consolation money of KRW 6,00,000 to the Plaintiff and damages for delay thereof to the Plaintiff B, and each of them is liable for the payment of consolation money of KRW 7,192,800 (the sum of consolation money of KRW 1,192,800 and consolation money of KRW 6,00,000) to the Plaintiff B and the damages for delay.

B. The Defendants did not have any act of sexual harassment, sexual indecent act, or assault on the level of tort against H, and even if not, the amount of damages should be significantly reduced since it had been caused by H.

2. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments set forth in Evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 (the number of pages is included; hereinafter the same shall apply), Eul evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 10, H, Defendants, and I were dynamics who are not in the same high school; Defendant C, from Nov. 1, 2012 to Apr. 2013, 201; Defendant C, from Oct. 10, 2012 to Oct. 17, 2012, committed an indecent act against H on two occasions; Defendant E, as Defendant E, was able to compensate the Defendants for damages incurred by the outside sale of H on Sept. 9, 2012; Defendant C, as the joint tortfeasor, was liable for damages incurred by the Defendants’ parents at the same time. Defendant C, as the joint tortfeasor, was found liable for damages incurred by the Defendants at the same time.

On the other hand, I became aware of H from the Defendants, and recognized that he committed an indecent act, such as making H as soon as he had his sexual organ over twice on July 2014, and therefore I is liable for medical expenses and consolation money after the date of the said tort.
