1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 and its related amount are 30% per annum from June 11, 2012 to July 10, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff, on June 11, 2012, set the interest rate of KRW 30 million to the Defendant at an annual interest rate of 30%, and lent the loan to the Defendant at an annual interest rate of KRW 10 million, or can be recognized by comprehensively considering the overall purport of the pleadings in the evidence No. 1. As such, the Defendant is obliged to pay to the Plaintiff interest and delay damages calculated at each rate of 20% per annum as agreed upon by the Plaintiff from June 11, 2012 to July 10, 2015, on which the copy of the instant complaint was served to the Defendant as requested by the Plaintiff from June 11, 2012 to the date of full payment.
2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
