1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 100,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 3.8% per annum from June 2, 2017 to March 26, 2019; and (b) March 2019 for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings that partially dismiss are amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment shall be recognized, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
