1. The defendant shall pay 60,618,700 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from February 3, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
1. From 2011 to March 28, 2016, the Plaintiff sold marine products, such as tending and luminous, to the Defendant, and the amount of goods not paid as at March 28, 2016 was KRW 65,618,700.
After the Defendant paid KRW 3 million on April 5, 2016, and KRW 2 million on June 1, 2016, the Plaintiff did not pay the price for the goods. As to the Defendant, the Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendant for damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 60,618,700 (=65,618,700 - KRW 3 million - 2 million) and the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order until the day of full payment.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
