1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 53,700,000 won and the period from November 15, 2007 to June 27, 2008.

Reasons

1. The Defendant with the indication of the claim was sentenced to the judgment of Suwon District Court 2007Kadan108223, the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 53,700,00 and damages for delay. Thus, the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff the above KRW 53,70,000 and damages for delay. The Plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the purpose of the extension of the statute of limitations.
