1. The defendant
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex;
(b) from November 1, 2015 to paragraph (a).
Reasons
1. Claim for delivery of a building on the ground that the lease agreement dated February 15, 2014 (a lease deposit amounting to KRW 40 million, KRW 1.4 million per month), dated February 15, 2014, was terminated as the rent in arrears, and claim for overdue rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent in arrears.
