The Defendant is a person whose license was revoked on August 23, 2012.
On April 13, 2014, at around 13:08, the Defendant driven a B (knice) vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license issued by the Commissioner of the Local Police Agency in front of 540 in Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, with approximately 2 km from the Myeonpung-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul to the control place.
