1. No person who is not an entrusted business entity nor a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or a person who has issued voting rights to promote sports or things similar thereto, shall gambling using any act of offering property or property benefits to those who win the result;

Nevertheless, the Defendant subscribed to a member on the sports-related site, such as E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, and M, and transferred KRW 181,470,00 over 136 times from December 19, 2014 to February 15, 2015 as shown in the attached Table 1, to the deposit account designated by the said site operator, and predicted the result of the failure to work on board the domestic and foreign sports-related sports-related games, such as the storage district, farming district, and distribution district, and received money in accordance with the dividend rate if the result meets.

The Defendant continued to join a mutual influorous sports soil site, and transferred KRW 288,100,000 from April 11, 2016 to August 21, 2016 to the deposit account designated by the said site operator, as shown in attached Table 2, to 120 times, as in attached Table 2, and charged with cyber money equivalent to that amount, and received money by printing it by the said method as above.

As a result, the Defendant remitted a total of KRW 469,570,000 over 256 times, and charged cyber money with private sports soil.

2. No person who is not a trustee of the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not a trustee of the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation shall gambling using any act of offering property or property benefits to those who win the result of the promotion of sports or the issuance of things similar thereto;

Nevertheless, the defendant is a member of the sports territory site, such as E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, and M, and the above site operator.
