Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On August 14, 2017, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven a C New EM vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.088% from around 500 meters away from the roads adjacent to the North Korean postal concentration station located in the North Korean territory, Jeju, to the front road.
