The defendant is a dismissed worker of a C-Motor vehicle belonging to the B-Trade Union.

On November 10, 2013, the Defendant participated in the “National Workers’ Competition” held at the Seoul square, which was held on November 10, 2013, followed by approximately 15,000 participants in other assemblies at around 16:35 on the same day, and followed by approximately 15,000 of the participants in other assemblies, the Defendant started from the Seoul Square and arrived at the Ro-ro 4 on the Ro-ro, went to the Ro-ro 4 on the Ro-ro Ro-ro 4 on the Ro-ro Ro-ro Ro-ri, and continued to go to go back from the Ro-ro 4th Ro-ri, the Ro-ro 5th Ro-ri, the Ro-ro 6th Ro-ri, the Ro-ro 6th Ro-ri Ro-ri Ro-ri, and obstructed the passage of the vehicle from around 16 to 15:150 minutes on the same day.

As above, the Defendant conspiredd with approximately 15,00 participants in other assemblies to interfere with the traffic of the land by other means.
