On January 21, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul High Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on April 27, 2013. On January 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Jung-gu District Court on January 6, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 15, 2015.
