A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.
Punishment of the crime
Since the defendant is led to confession, it is necessary to make an additional statement on the same part as the relevant supporting evidence in the same way as “(see, e.g., the page of the evidence record).”
Based on evidence, the prosecutor's facts charged are modified to the extent that it does not adversely affect the defendant's right of defense and actually affect the contents of the facts charged, and it does not result in the change of the subject of trial by the court.
1. No one shall unlawfully use a license plate for a motorcycle in violation of the Automobile Management Act and for unlawful use of air defense;
Nevertheless, on August 2019, the Defendant: (a) placed a registration license plate (vehicle number: D) attached to a motor bicycle of “CRUSE” owned by the Defendant, which was left alone, on the back of the “CRUSE” owned by the Defendant, at his own house of the Defendant, which is located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-gun, Police Officer, and attached the registration license plate (vehicle number: D) on the back of the “CRUSE” license plate (refer to the 17 pages of the evidence record).
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant used the registration number plate of a motor bicycle, which is a mark of a public office.
2. The crime on April 1, 2020
A. At around 10:30 on April 1, 2020 (see, e.g., evidence No. 10), the Defendant operated a motor bicycle of “Meju 125” as indicated in paragraph (1), where the above D registration license plate is attached, over approximately 1.3km from the front of his house to the front of the same military E-mail, the Defendant, located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Seoul. (see, e.g., evidence No. 10)
Accordingly, the defendant exercised the above motorcycle registration number plate, which is the mark of the public office that was unlawfully used.
B. The Defendant does not subscribe to mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (2) of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act.
