Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
From around 2005, the Defendant entered into a contract with the Dong branch of the SC Japan Bank and entered into a household check under the name of the Defendant, and traded the check.
1. On July 16, 2012, the Defendant issued two copies of the check number B, check number C, face value, three million won each, and the date of issuance on September 17, 2012, respectively. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 23148, Sep. 17, 2012>
On September 17, 2012, the holder of the said check presented the payment of the said check to the same branch of the old Bank on September 17, 2012.
However, the defendant did not pay for the shortage of deposits.
2. The Defendant issued two copies of the bank bank check in the name of the Defendant as of October 17, 2012, respectively, at the same time and place as described in paragraph 1, including check number D, check number E, face value 3 million won, and issue date, respectively.
On October 17, 2012, the holder of the said check presented the payment of the said check at the same place as the previous bank monthly branch, which was within the time limit for presentment for payment.
However, the Defendant did not pay the suspension of transaction separately.
3. On September 4, 2012, the Defendant issued four copies of the check number F, check number G, check number H, check number I, par value 3 million won, and the issue date of the bank check in the name of the Defendant as of October 5, 2012, respectively.
On October 5, 2012, the holder of the said check presented the payment of the said check to the same branch of the old Bank on October 5, 2012.
However, the Defendant did not pay the suspension of transaction separately.
The Defendant, from around 2005, concluded a family check contract with the Dong branch of the SC Japan Bank from around 201 to around 732, and traded checks.
On August 2012, the Defendant issued one copy of the household check with a face value of 3 million won at the date of issuance in the name of the Defendant at the location of the Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Incheon, and the above check.
