In full view of the fact that the defendant is led to the confession, the fact that there is no previous conviction in the same kind of crime is favorable, the damage is still recovered or there is no agreement with the victim even though the amount of damage is not significant, and other circumstances that are conditions for sentencing, such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, motives, means and methods of the crime of this case, and the circumstances after the crime, the court below's punishment is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
