1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,190,220 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 17, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. The grounds for the application to indicate the claim are as shown in the attached Form;
(Provided, That the “creditor” is the Plaintiff, and the “debtor” is the Defendant.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal is recognized only as the statutory interest rate is calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as the provisions governing the statutory interest rate were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
