2. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

3. All costs of the lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On March 3, 1965, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of D, the father of the plaintiff, and the father of the defendant, was completed on March 3, 1965 with respect to shares of 1/2 of the Daegu-gu 1008 (hereinafter "land before the division of this case") which is the land before the division of rights and duties of the land before the division of rights and duties.

The land before the division of this case was replaced with the F field rearrangement project on August 11, 1972 under the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 2486, Feb. 6, 1973) and G field 2,050 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land exchange”).

On August 11, 1972, when the land substitution plan and the former land cadastre were implemented, the land substitution “division” of the land substitution plan and the “name” of the land substitution plan in the land substitution plan submitted to the head of the Seocho-gu Office, the project implementer, which is the project implementer. However, the “name” of the above land substitution plan includes the names of the “E and H”, and the name of “E and H” was registered in the former land cadastre column.

According to the Defendant’s assertion, E and H agreed to exchange the entire land of this case with a view to separately owning the entire land of this case, and the network H agreed to exchange the share of each of the land of this case from D, the owner of which was remaining in the register of real estate at the time of the above exchange agreement, and as a result of the above exchange agreement, D’s change in the legal relationship of the land of this case died on July 21, 1980, and the Plaintiff J, J, and K (hereinafter “Plaintiff, etc.”) completed the registration of transfer of the share ownership on December 17, 1990 as to the share of 1/2 shares of D among the land of this case on July 21, 1980.
