At around 15:20 on October 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) threatened with the victim D during a dispute with the victim on the ground that it is difficult for the victim C (the victim, the 42-year-old), D (the 62-year-old age) to pass by a vehicle parked in front of the Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu to collect scrap water; and (b) threatened the victim D with an article that was dangerous in front of the steering machine (the total length is 20 cm, the 4.5 cm in the daily length) by presenting the victim to the victim, and “the finger is well hick.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened victims by using dangerous articles.
