On April 1, 2014, at around 16:40, the Defendant stolen the victim C by inserting the victim’s cell phone with an amount of 10,500,000 won at the market price on a chair within the ATM counter of one bank located in Mapo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Mapo-gu, 57-39.
