A. (1) On November 2, 2015, the Plaintiff is a company leasing snow construction materials for construction and civil engineering works. On November 2, 2015, Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) agreed to lease the building snow materials (hereinafter “instant temporary materials”): “The rent: Basic fee: (1) the days of use x the number of days of use) x the amount of the rent; however, if Defendant A delays the payment of rent, the Plaintiff agreed to pay overdue interest at the rate of 25% per annum until the date of full payment (hereinafter “instant lease”).

On the same day, Defendant B and Defendant C Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant C”) jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation to pay rent according to the instant lease agreement to the Plaintiff on the same day.

d. The written estimate for the Plaintiff’s preparation attached to the instant lease agreement is written on the “outsite” in which the instant temporary materials are supplied, and the seals of the Plaintiff and the Defendants are affixed thereto.

【Defendant C was awarded a contract for construction work of constructing E in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, a Ulsan-gun. On December 5, 2015, Defendant C, among the aforementioned new construction work of E, set the construction work period of KRW 308,00,000 for construction cost, and between December 5, 2015 and March 31, 2016 for the construction period of KRW 308,00,000 for construction cost to Defendant A; ② among the new construction work of E, F, G, and H, the construction period of the two new construction work of E (hereinafter “the construction work of March 5, 2016”) to Defendant A during the construction period of KRW 308,50,00 for construction cost; ② the construction period of the construction cost of the construction work of F, G, and H from March 5, 2016 to the construction period of KRW 305,50,361,201.

x. Defendant A used the instant temporary materials for the construction work dated December 5, 2015 and the construction work dated March 2016 for the construction work on March 5, 2016, and Defendant A used the said temporary materials for the total sum of KRW 180,821,748.
