The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On July 7, 2018, at around 06:52, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (the 77 years old) in front of the C Station D located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, at one time, on the chest of the Defendant, and assaulted against the Defendant, such as knife the Defendant’s chest.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
(c) On March 14, 2019, the victim expressed his/her intention not to punish him/her after filing a public prosecution;
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
