Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,500,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On December 10, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Seo-gu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court, and a summary order of KRW 3 million from the Daegu District Court on March 10, 2008 to the same offense.
Nevertheless, at around 06:15 on April 6, 2014, the Defendant driven B rocketing car from approximately 100 meters away from the Gisan Park Park Tran-dong, Daegu Western-gu, to the same Olympic Memorial Hall, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.185%.
