When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
around 13:00 on May 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a passbook and a physical card of the Defendant’s agricultural bank account; (b) transferred an access medium with KRW 200,000 in return, to a person whose name cannot be known prior to the opening of the 102 area in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. 102 area in active service; and (c) informed the Defendant of the password.
