Purport of claim and appeal
1.
1. The reasons for the acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where part of the judgment of the court of first instance is used as follows. Therefore, it shall be cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The 179,820,000 won shall be written in the third page 13 of the judgment of the court of first instance with "170,820,000 won".
No. 11 of the 4th judgment of the first instance court is subject to the Industrial Safety and Health Act.
The 5th, 12th, 8th, 13, 15, 16, and 19th, the 5th, 12th, 8th, 13, 15, 16, and 19th, all of the "new public services" shall be applied to "one-young
3. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
