매매대금
1. The defendant, from the plaintiff, on each of the lands listed in the separate sheet 1 and 2, has jurisdiction over the district court of Jung-gu District on each of the lands.
1. Basic facts
A. On November 11, 201, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a sales contract with the Defendant on the following grounds: (a) the Plaintiff sold approximately KRW 385 million (the total amount of KRW 960 million for sales and KRW 25 million for factory buildings) of KRW 7,667 square meters for C forest land, KRW 1,377 square meters for D forest land, and KRW 361 square meters for the land on which the Plaintiff will build a factory building later on the land (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
(2) The main contents of the instant sales contract are as follows.
1. Labels-si C, D, approximately 3,611 square meters in relation to the indication and ownership of real estate;
2. In trading the above real estate under Article 1 of the contents of the contract, the timing to pay the purchase price and the purchaser shall be as follows:
-The purchase price of KRW 960 million - down payment of KRW 71 million - down payment of KRW 229 million (payment and receipt to the seller at the time of the contract) - the first intermediate payment of KRW 100 million (payment in November 15, 201) - the second intermediate payment of KRW 100 million (payment in December 1, 201) - the seller of KRW 560 million remaining - the seller of KRW 3 shall, when there is any unpaid tax, public charges, or other charges that restrict the exercise of ownership, remove the defect and burden of such rights and transfer its full ownership by no later than the date of the payment of the remainder.
However, this provision shall not apply if otherwise agreed.
Matters of special agreement
1. The total purchase price shall be the land (7.10 million won) and the building (2.50 million won);
4. Additional tax on the construction. 5. The buyer shall succeed to the bank loans from the time of moving into the building, and the building E.S. General Construction shall be completed not later than January 30, 2012, and the interest portion shall be borne by the Construction Bank Co., Ltd. when the completion of construction within one month from the time of completion (the time of completion of construction inside the office of the purchaser) is not possible;
7.The maximum amount of debt 2.2 billion won shall be terminated before the transfer of ownership.

The Defendant paid a part of the purchase price to the Plaintiff on November 17, 201, as down payment and the first intermediate payment on November 17, 201, and KRW 100 million as the second intermediate payment on December 2, 201.
