1. The Defendant’s KRW 26,838,709 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from March 15, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings on the ground of recognition (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

The Plaintiff in part at each time seeks to pay damages for delay from March 1, 2015, which is the day following the retirement date, but Article 37(1) of the Labor Standards Act provides that unpaid wages and retirement allowances shall be liable for delay from the 14th day after the retirement date. As such, the Plaintiff shall only recognize damages for delay from March 15, 2015 after the 14th day from the retirement date only recognizes damages for delay and claims for damages for delay exceeding the above recognized scope.
