However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

When the defendant's vehicle number plate is kept in custody as a tax delinquency and it is impossible to operate the defendant's vehicle, the defendant stolen another vehicle number plate and thought that he will operate the vehicle by attaching it on the defendant's vehicle.

1. On May 1, 2015, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim-owned E-Nai vehicle parked in front of Busan Metropolitan City at the end; and (b) removed the above so-called Nai vehicle number plate from which the market price of the victim-owned vehicle cannot be known by using the cre in the vicinity where the surrounding surveillance was neglected.

The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, such as the unlawful use of air defense, unlawful use of air, unlawful use air defense events, and the use of the number plate of the vehicle owned by D, as seen above, by attaching the number plate of the vehicle owned by D, in front of the FDap vehicle owned by the Defendant, to the front part of the FDap vehicle. From around that time to 14:50 on the same day, the Defendant operated the Dap vehicle with the Dop vehicle number plate attached to the Dop vehicle which was unlawfully used.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) from around 02:30 on May 1, 2015 to around 14:50 on the same day, driving a f multilateral vehicle without a vehicle driver’s license, from the street side before the telecompon in which it is impossible to identify the trade name in the Sinyang-si Sinsan-si Si Sinsan-si from around 02:30 to around 14:50 on the day.
