1. It is confirmed that an insurance contract entered into between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is null and void.

1. Basic facts
A. On October 28, 2010, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured and beneficiary (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) as indicated in attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. From April 25, 201 to May 6, 2011, the Defendant paid KRW 49,000,000 to the Defendant with insurance money in accordance with the instant insurance contract, as shown in attached Table 2, for 79 days between April 25, 201 and October 16, 2014, as well as for which the Defendant received hospital hospitalization for 12 days in the B/C in the B/C care hospital due to a detailed spine certificate with unknown details. The Plaintiff paid KRW 49,00,000 to the Defendant as the insurance money in accordance with the instant insurance contract.
