Defendant

A is a doctor who obtained a doctor's license on February 1970. A is a person who opened and directly treated a "F Hospital" located in Busan Ma from November 30, 2009 to July 8, 201, and Defendant B was a person who served as the head of the department management office of the above hospital.

G, the Defendants and the head of the headquarters of the above hospital, who were employed, issued false certificates of hospitalization to the patients introduced through Defendant B or G, etc., and solicited the patients to receive medical care benefits from the Health Insurance Corporation and receive false certificates of hospitalization using false certificates of hospitalization.

1. Around December 8, 2009, Defendant B introduced H as a patient to Defendant A. Defendant A prepared false medical record paper and written confirmation of hospitalization as if H was hospitalized in the F Hospital from December 8, 2009 to December 24, 2009 due to the salt, tension, etc. of the bones at the F Hospital. G filed a claim for the payment of medical care benefits through the Health Insurance Corporation’s computer system using false certificates of hospitalization, etc. and then transferred 412,860 won as medical care benefits from the Health Insurance Corporation.

In addition, Defendants and G filed a claim for the payment of medical care benefits through the computerized system of the Health Insurance Management Corporation by pretending hospitalization from around December 8, 2009 to March 16, 201, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1) at the above F Hospital from around March 8, 2009 to around March 16, 201, and it received total of KRW 41,396,000 from the Health Insurance Management Corporation as medical care benefits.

2. Defendant B introduced, at the time, and at the place, as described in paragraph (1) as above, H, a patient, to Defendant B, as seen above, was hospitalized in F Hospital from December 8, 2009 to December 24, 2009.
