A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Larceny;
A. On September 26, 2016, at around 02:00 on September 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door with the victim’s resident registration certificate, one driver’s license, one driver’s license, and one driver’s 1.50,000 of the market price, which includes the victim’s resident registration certificate, and one copy of the KB National Bank C, and one cut-off of the empty part of 150,000 won.
B. On September 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 as of the end of September 2016, the Defendant: (b) opened a door in the instant apartment parking lot located in 11-ro 54, west-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Gwangju; (c) was parked in the first apartment parking lot; and (d) opened a door in which the FMW vehicle was not corrected in possession of the victim E; and (d) took one smart key for the said vehicle owned by the victim.

On October 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around October 22, 2016, around 01:00, opened a door that was parked in the direction of 48-1, 205 Dog-ro, and opened a door that was not corrected by the victim G owned by the victim; (b) opened a door that was located in the said place; and (c) cut off with 900,000 won of the market price consisting of 1 head of the Hyundai Card owned by the victim, Samsung Card, etc., and 1 head of the Samsung Card, etc.

On November 6, 2016, at around 02:00 on November 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door-to-door apartment parking lot located in the Suwon Mine-gu, Gwangju; and (b) opened a door-to-door door-to-door apartment lot that was parked in that place; (c) opened a door-to-door door-to-door door-to-land in JM5 vehicle owned by the victim I; and (d) cut off the victim’s market value equivalent to KRW 900,000,000,000,000,000 won.
E. On November 8, 2016, the Defendant of larceny, around November 8, 2016, is limited to the possession of the victim K, which was parked in an apartment underground parking lot in around 03:00, by increasing 137 pululty 137 o-ro 39, the business owner of the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, about November 8, 2016.
