When the above fine is not paid, the defendant shall be the defendant for 15 days.

1. Any person who has taken over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall make an application for the registration of transfer of automobile ownership to the Mayor/Do governor within twenty days from the date of acquisition or donation;

The Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership by no later than March 23, 2017, even if he/she received from her 'B', the Crocketing vehicles owned by her 'B' from the her 'B', free of charge, from the her 'B', for the registration of transfer of ownership by the her 'B'.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Compensation for Automobile Damage Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Defendant did not subscribe to mandatory insurance from November 20, 2012 to December 29, 2016 (the end of the vehicle) after the expiry of the liability insurance period of the motor vehicle mentioned in the foregoing 1.1., and operated the said motor vehicle.

3. No automobile which violates the Automobile Management Act shall be operated unless it is registered in the automobile registration ledger.

After cancelling ex officio on December 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated the said motor vehicle without being registered in the motor vehicle registration ledger from December 30, 2016 to March 23, 2017.
