1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B: 40,000,000
B. Defendant C is jointly and severally liable with Defendant B.
1. 11. of the money stated in this subsection.
According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 40,000,00 to E on June 16, 2017 with interest rate of KRW 24% per annum under the joint and several surety of Defendant B and Defendant B, and KRW 20,000,000 out of the loans was agreed to receive payment until December 30, 2017, the remainder of the loans was paid by June 16, 2018, and was paid interest until January 18, 2018, and Defendant C acquired 2/7 shares out of the inherited property on August 26, 2018.
According to the above facts, Defendant B, a joint guarantor of the Plaintiff, is obligated to pay damages for delay at the rate of 24% per annum, which is the agreement rate of 11,428,571 won (=40,000,000 x 2/7, and less than won) out of the above loans and each of the above amounts, jointly and severally with Defendant B, jointly and severally with Defendant B, who is the heir of Defendant D, a joint guarantor of the above loan amount of KRW 40,00,00,000,000, and the amount of the above loans from January 19, 2018 to the date of full payment.
All of the plaintiff's claims are justified, and they are accepted.
