Punishment of the crime
On September 24, 2020, the Defendant driven a eMW 320d car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.172% from the section of approximately 350 meters from the front of the C Sarido located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front of the D-do road.
